Terms and Conditions

    1. The Promoter

    The competition is organised by utc.travel ltd (“the Promoter”), registered at 4 The Boulevard, Clarence Dock. Leeds. LS10 1PZ. This promotion is in partnership with Celebrity Cruises but is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by them.

    1. Eligibility

    2.1. The competition is open to AA breakdown customers only who are UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition. A valid AA membership number will need to be provided when entering to be eligible and if it cannot be verified that an entrant is a valid AA member then that entrant’s entry will be excluded.
     2.2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
     2.3. No purchase is necessary to enter.

    1. How to Enter

    3.1. To enter, participants must complete and submit the online entry form, including providing their contact details and AA membership number, at utc.travel.
    3.2. Entries must be submitted between the 13th of May 2025 09:00 UK time and 31st May 2025 23:59 UK time. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

    1. The Prize

    4.1. The first prize for which one winner will be selected is a 14-night Mediterranean cruise for two onboard Celebrity Apex departing on the 13th September 2025 from Southampton, UK.

    4.1.1 The prize includes:

    • Accommodation in a stateroom for two people
    • Selected meals and onboard entertainment
    • Access to ship facilities, including pools, lounges, and entertainment venues


     4.1.2 The prize does not include drinks, spa treatments, speciality dining or other services charged as extra:

    • Flights or transfers to and from the departure port (Southampton)
    • Travel insurance
    • Personal expenses, excursions, or additional onboard purchases


    4.1.3 The prize is non-transferable (no other departure date will be offered), non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative prizes.

    4.1.4. utc.travel retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or higher value in the event the original prize is not available or circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

    4.2. There are 5 runner up prizes

    4.2.1. Each runner up prize will include an annual membership to utc.travel with £100 in travel credit to spend with utc.travel towards any travel booking in full or part payment.

    4.2.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative prizes.

    1. Winner Selection & Notification

    5.1. The winners will be selected at random by an independent judicator on the 6th June 2025 from all valid entries received by the closing date.
    5.2. The winners will be notified by 20th June 2025 via email and/or phone.

    5.3. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

    1. Publicity & Data Protection

    6.1. By entering, participants agree that their name and county may be used in winner announcements and promotional materials.
    6.2. Any personal data provided will be used for the purpose of the management of this prize draw, including to assess your eligibility for the prize draw and to administer the competition, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

    6.3. We will share information about you with the AA and vice versa for the purpose of the management of this prize draw, including to assess your eligibility for the prize draw and to administer the competition. The AA will process this information in accordance with the AA’s privacy policy: Privacy notice | AA, and the Promoter will process this information in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy referred to above.

    6.4. Entrants can opt-in to receive marketing communications from utc.travel and Celebrity Cruises by selecting the relevant checkboxes on the entry form. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.

    1. General Terms

    7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
    7.2. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

    7.3 This prize promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook and Instagram and hereby provide a complete release to Facebook and Instagram of any responsibility for this prize draw
    7.4. This competition is governed by English law, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
