- The Promoter
The competition is organised by utc.travel ltd (“the Promoter”), registered at 4 The Boulevard, Clarence Dock. Leeds. LS10 1PZ.
- Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to Asda colleagues only who are UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
2.2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
2.3. No purchase is necessary to enter.
- How to Enter
3.1. To enter, participants must complete and submit the online entry form, including providing their contact details, at utc.travel.
3.2. Entries must be submitted between the 29th of May 2025 09:00 UK time and 1st of August 2025 23:59 UK time. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
- The Prize
4.1. The first prize for which one winner will be selected is a 12 month free membership to utc.travel with £750 in travel credit to spend towards any travel booking in full or part payment.
4.1.1 The prize is non-transferable (no other departure date will be offered), non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative prizes.
4.2. Every entrant will receive a 3 month free membership to utc.travel which will be awarded within 7 days of entering the competition.

- Winner Selection & Notification
5.1. The winner will be selected at random on the 1st August 2025 from all valid entries received by the closing date.
5.2. The winner will be notified by 10th August 2025 via email and/or phone.
5.3. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Publicity & Data Protection
6.1. By entering, participants agree that their name and county may be used in winner announcements and promotional materials.
6.2. Any personal data provided will be used for the purpose of the management of this prize draw, including to assess your eligibility for the prize draw and to administer the competition, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
